   » 1. How do I post a job?

If your company has purchased at least one Job Posting package from LionJobs.com, you will be able to post jobs on our website. To get started, login RMS and click the Post & Manage Jobs on the left sidebar of the page. Click the New Posting button to open the Job Posting form.
Enter all the required details to categorize your job. The jobseekers will be able to find your Job Posting based on the information you enter on this step.

  • The next step is the Smart Screener. This feature lets you determine which applicants will be considered qualified or unqualified. Using the Smart Screener also enables you the Hot Match feature which gets you relevant candidates even before anyone applies.
  • The last step is Preview & Post. This is where you can preview how your Job Posting will appear on the screen. You also can set various posting options.

   » 2. How to set a job reposting schedule?
  • 1. While creating a new Job Posting:
    • Login to LionJobs.com
    • Go to the Post & Manage Jobs panel on the left sidebar.
    • Create a Job Posting.
    • Go through Step 1 and Step 2.
    • On Step 3 you will find a Repost Schedule option.
    • Click the Generate Schedule button.
    • Set the Start Date of when you want the Job Posting to be reposted. The End Date is optional to set.
    • Click the Save & Post button to save your reposting schedule and post your Job.
  • 2. While viewing current Job Postings list:
    • Several Job Postings:
      • Click the check boxes in front of several Job Postings you want to repost.
      • Click the Repost button in the upper bar of the Job Postings list.
      • A light box will appear to confirm the list of Job Postings you have selected to repost.
      • Click the OK button to repost.
      • When selecting several Job Postings, reposting will be effective the moment you click OK.
    • Single Job Posting:
      • Click the Job Posting you want to repost.
      • The detail of the Job Posting will appear on the bottom part of the screen.
      • Click the Repost button on the bottom right-side.
      • A light box will appear to confirm the Job Posting you want to repost.
      • Click the Generate Schedule button.
      • Set the Start Date of when you want the Job Posting to be reposted. The End Date is optional to set.
      • Click the OK button to save your reposting schedule and post your Job Posting.

» Job Posting Filter

   »1. How does Job Posting Filter works?
When you create a new Job Posting, the second step is to set the qualifications that your company mostly needs for the particular job position. Once you set the qualifications, our system will automatically filter matching candidates in which results can be seen and managed from your Search and Manage Candidates panel.

   » 2. Does the filter reject incoming applicants` CVs?
There will be no incoming CVs rejected due to the filter settings. Instead of losing candidates, our system helps you sorting out more applicants with criteria and qualifications that you require when setting the filter.

   » 1. How to manage jobs?
  • To manage jobs, go to the Post & Manage Jobs on the left sidebar of the page.
  • Within the Post & Manage Jobs sidebar you will find 4 main folders; Current Folder, Scheduled Folder, Draft Folder, and Library Folder.
  • The Current Folder is where your active Job Postings are located. Jobs in this folder are jobs which candidates are still manageable.
  • The Scheduled Folder is where the Job Postings which have scheduled posting dates will be located.
  • The Draft Folder is where your Job Posting drafts are located.
  • The Library Folder is where expired Job Postings are located.
   »2. How can I track responses of my Job Postings?
  • To track responses, go the Post & Manage Jobs on the left sidebar of the page.
  • Click the category you want to see, and locate the numbers of responses on each Job Posting.
  • To view the candidate list in detail, click the View Candidate button on the Job Brief section of the page.
   » 3. Can I add notes to the CVs for additional information or future references?
Yes, you can. Simply go to your Search and Manage Candidates panel and click on the intended candidates. Find the Note column at the bottom of the screen then write down your additional information.

LionJobs.com‘s Power CV is a CV unlike that of the Uploaded CV and Copy Pasted CV. As an employer, in addition to placing Job Postings on LionJobs.com to attract jobseekers to apply, you can make use of the Candidate Search feature in RMS to search through thousands of CVs in order to find the right candidates for your company‘s vacant positions. Jobseekers can set the level of exposure of their CVs against the employers; including public, anonymous and private. If your company has purchased Retrieve CV or Invite to Apply packages from LionJobs.com, you can even retrieve CVs that are set as public or Invite to Apply candidates with anonymous CVs.

   » 2. How do I search for candidates? / How to search the CV Database?
In order to perform candidate search, you must purchase either a Candidate Search Package or an Invite to Apply Package. To start a candidate search, click the Candidate Search button on the Search & Manage Candidate sidebar.
Once you have specified one or more of the search criteria, click the Candidate Search button to submit your search. The list of CVs that match your specified criteria should be displayed immediately.

Retrieve CV is a paid feature and you should purchase a Retrieve CV package before you are able to use it. Once you retrieve a CV, 1 credit will be deducted from your Retrieve CV package.

Aside from using an existing Job Posting, you can also create a new job folder to place the candidates.

This feature is also a part of Candidate Search. If you are interested in some of the CVs which are set as anonymous and would like to invite the candidates to consider your company‘s jobs, you may send them invitations to apply.
Invite to Apply is a paid feature and you should purchase an Invite to Apply package before you are able to use it. Once a candidate has responded to your Invite to Apply, you will receive the candidate‘s application.

Occasionally there are unqualified applicants who keep on sending their applications. When recruiters choose to stop receiving these applicants‘ applications, LionJobs.com provides the Blacklist option. By blacklisting an applicant, that person‘s future applications will no longer be received by the recruiter.

To Blacklist a candidate:

- Login to your LionJobs.com account.
- Go to the Search & Manage Candidate sidebar.
- Click the candidate you want to Blacklist to view the detail.
- On the bottom part of the detail, you will see a note box with the Blacklist option.
- Click the Select button.
- Enter your reason for blacklisting the candidate (optional).
- Click the Confirm button.

   » 5. What does Candidate Alert do?
After you posted a Job Posting with our Smart Screener, you will be presented with Hot Match candidates in the LionJobs.com‘s website. Aside from this notification on the website, we will also be alerting you via email. We will send you an email alerting you of the 25 top most Hot Match. To view these candidates in detail, you can go to LionJobs.com website.

Our CV Quick Access is a feature which enables you to jump directly to any section of a Power CV you prefer to see first. No more scrolling down CVs. So even if the CV you have in front of you is very detailed and lengthy, the CV Quick Access will get you exactly where you want to be, the education section, the experience section, the expected salary section, etc.

   » 2. How do I save my CV Quick Access preferences?
- Login to your LionJobs.com account.
- Go to the Search & Manage Candidate sidebar.
- Click on the candidate whose CV you want to see.
- Once you have the CV presented on your screen, retract the left-side panel by clicking the little arrow button.
- There will be list of CV sections on the left-side panel which you can choose from.
- Right-click your option and set as default.
- Starting from the time you set this option as default, this particular CV section will be presented first each time you open any candidate‘s CV.

A candidate who has three years work experience doesn‘t mean that he or she has a full three years in the specific job function or industry that you require. This is where Experience Summary comes in handy. It summarizes the details of a candidate‘s experience. A company logo is an image of your company, may it be a logo and/ or a banner that will show in your Job Posting should you choose to have it published. To be able to use a company logo and banner when creating a new Job Posting, you need to upload your company logo(s) and banner(s) in your Company Profile section under My Account panel.

   » 2. How do I change my company logo?
To change your company logo and/ or banner, go to My Account and click on the image. A light box will pop up to help you manage your company logo and/ or banner. You can set your primary logo, delete or replace it with another image.

» Packages Order

   » 1. How do I order a service package?
To start posting job vacancies and managing applicants, you need to first order at least a service package. Go to My Account and click on theNew Purchase button. There will be a list of packages with its descriptions and price. Select the packages that you want to order and click on Send Purchase button. Or you can give our Manager Account a call at [phone number]. Your order should be done and active within the next 24 hours.
